I am very disappointed with Globe network. They have their internet charging default based on Php 0.15/kb. I'm used with the smart network time based system and without inquiring with globe I used the internet feature to test the speed and its capabilities when used as a modem. My plan was to connect to the internet for about 30min then check the charging, but unfortunately their unbilled inquiry system was down. I used it in second time and then on the third time I begun to think of the charging after I was connected. I entered to the Globe's website and there I found out that their default internet charging is based on kb not in time based, according to globe you should set first through text message in order to switch to time based which is Php 5/15min.
I simulated the KB sent and received for an hour with my regular site visited during the testing of globe service, it will reach upto 30MB to 40MB and that will be equivalent to Php5,000 to Php6,000... I am very shock! and what kind of system is that! I feel like I fall to their trap, scam, or whatever. The two charging system is not comparable. I hope my simulation is not right, their unbilled inquiry service is still down and still I can't determine the actual kb charging.
Well, one thing I'm sure of is I'm gonna waste a lot of money for spending only an hour in the Globe mobile internet service and I'm really really really disappointed with myself for not being wise in this matter and of course to their charging system too.
