The second month of the year is almost over and still the creation of objectives is not yet finalized. The top management seems not fixed yet with their own objectives. These objectives should be cascaded from top to bottom of the organizational structure... What is being done is to make our respective objectives and make it fit to the top management objectives... I think some of work will be wasted... I hope not.
