My former boss resigned last February and just asked me if I'm willing to join him. Of course with a higher salary... I keep on thinking what will be my reason to leave my current employer who just implemented a disturbing policy of preventing employees to transfer to competitors... The truth is I don't like anymore my current company and this is the opportunity I've waiting for. I will have to deeply think a good reason to separate from my current employer...
