The remaining two days for this week will be very stressful. We are going for a trip to two of the banana plantations of the company where I currently work. Our department head is catching up with organizational program to resolve problems on quality. The president will be here by next week and it is very important to report some progress.
Friends are giving up their jobs to go for the desires of their heart. I salute them. these people are braving up the economic meltdown and going for the gold. After all, there's nothing like sweet victory over the hardships and pain you hurdle for the sake of your dreams. Why not? Go!go!Go!
Welcome year of the Tiger! definitely my year, because I was born on the year of the tiger. I hope this year will be lucky for me. Tomorrow will be our first day of work and I hope there will be a great day ahead. I'll have to work harder to be recognized and be rewarded.
In the office, the environment and the people seems so lousy... it's like everybody is already at a vacation mode. They are just waiting for the long holidays to come and have a great holidays with their family. The notion is good for the family but bad for the business... the work seems so slow and very unproductive and the worst is it's contagious! yeah, because it seems I'm beginning to feel it also ha!ha! Let's have holidays!
We were surprised with the re-organization of the new company where I currently work. It’s like the President and CEO bump his head that triggers the instant re-org… but it does not matter for me because I’m new in the company and the re-organization does not really affects me as new employee. The bottom line is, no matter how frequently will re-org the company, you just have to always do the job done…
