Welcome year of the Tiger! definitely my year, because I was born on the year of the tiger. I hope this year will be lucky for me. Tomorrow will be our first day of work and I hope there will be a great day ahead. I'll have to work harder to be recognized and be rewarded.
In the office, the environment and the people seems so lousy... it's like everybody is already at a vacation mode. They are just waiting for the long holidays to come and have a great holidays with their family. The notion is good for the family but bad for the business... the work seems so slow and very unproductive and the worst is it's contagious! yeah, because it seems I'm beginning to feel it also ha!ha! Let's have holidays!
We were surprised with the re-organization of the new company where I currently work. It’s like the President and CEO bump his head that triggers the instant re-org… but it does not matter for me because I’m new in the company and the re-organization does not really affects me as new employee. The bottom line is, no matter how frequently will re-org the company, you just have to always do the job done…
At last my company supplied laptop has arrived! It's been three months since we requested this laptop, it's very hard to get approval from the company where I currently work. First, we must seek approval with the Chief Finance Officer, then to General Manager. After the approval of the GM, the laptop will be ordered from supplier which stocks are coming from Malaysia... the result is a 25-30 days waiting time. But at least the waiting time is over, right now I'm enjoying using the DELL laptop.
