Thelife of a vegetarian is not as easy as salad on a bowl. I recently had lunch with someone who is a vegetarian. While I ordered pork and some veggies, she brought out her lunch box and took out her meal of tofu and mongo sprout. I was quite amazed with her food preferences and wondered how she would survive without any kind of meat in her diet. I tasted the tofu and to be honest its not that bad after all. These people are really serious with their quest for healthy intake that after hearing her story, I was a bit inspired to eat healthier. She told me things that I already knew about healthy diet. I wish that if I would not totally go vegan, I would watch my food intake and live healthier.
