OGTT for me!

After 12 hours of fasting, I submitted myself for a fasting blood sugar to measure blood sugar level while on fasting. Then they had me drink from a glass of a very sweet orangy stuff which would supposedly raise my blood sugar level. I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room doing nothing. No food or fluid intake. They will check my blood sugar levels again after drinking that sweet stuff that almost made me puke. My OB had me tested for this to measure my tendency to have a diabetes. I hope the results will be negative.

Go for wood!

There is no better way to plan for oneself than, I should say, "yeterday". We all get this feeling that we should have planned better for our lives. shocking suicide

Recently, our a former general committed suicide a day after the senate hearing on corruption. Very symbolic and shocking for a strong military general to kill himself in front of the grave of his mother. It shook the whole country and made us think a lot about our country's situation. Quite hopeless and depressing.
